The most ridiculously priced food I've ever seen!! The portions are little to none....and the meat had no taste to it!! My wife and I spent $130.00 on food that wasn't worth $30.00!! We will NEVER visit that place again!!
Excellent food great service
Everything was wonderful. Great place and the service was fantastic. We will be going back!!
Overall, I was very impressed. We almost did not go because of the 1 star reviews, but a client had recommended it, and I’m seriously glad we did. I got the duck, my wife got the filet, and they were both great. Food took a bit to come out, but it was well worth it.Hihly recommend eating here.
I asked to talk to the owner and got cursed out and they told me he was dead... so...he wasn’t
Other than the atmosphere, there isn't much that is worth it about this place. I paid $90 and it was not better than food I had at Red Robin the week before. The menu is also very limited. The calamari were a joke, and the steak was ok. I would like more than ok for $30 steak though.
The Restaurant itself is very nice, however they are very overpriced for mediocre food. The steak was $28, I had a better steak at the Outback for much less. My wife had the Salad with flank steak, it was bland and very over priced as well. Don't know if the kitchen was slow or the waiter forgot to put in our order. Our food took forever to come out of the kitchen on a slow night. Won't be going back again.
Awesome flavor. Same menu 4 yrs. Need new options
My chicken entree was exceptionally tasty however, the manager, Ashish, was terribly rude. He tried to sell my husband and I the same bottle of cabernet again after we had already expressed our disinterest, then seemed upset that we did not want it, told us that we should 'feel fortunate to have such a great wine at our convenience', stormed off and never returned to our table. On top of this, I observed him speaking extremely rudely to his emplyoees while we were leaving. It is a shame that such a poorly mannered manager can ruin what could of been a lovely dinner experience. We will not be going back.
It's a little pricey for what we got. Not sure steaks were any better than Texas Roadhouse which is cheaper and about 1/8th of a mile down the road
Best steakhouse around. Been going there for 8 years now and always have had fantastic food and great service as well.
Was here for a sponsored dinner so can't speak for price. But my steak was excellent.
Amazing service and food. Highly recommend!
Sangria and prime rib are our favorites.
Interesting selections served by an attentive waitstaff. Save room for dessert!
Food was great and the owner came around and made sure that everybody was happy!
The runner martini, tomatoe bisque, chicken, and pistachio salad are the best menu options around. The serving staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. Great portion size for the price. We will definately be returning!
Awesome dining experience. One of the best kept secrets in the New River Valley
The meal was wonderful and the service was as well even gave us a free desert because it was our anniversary
I searched you guys on google and I figured this would be a nice date for me and my girlfriend.I noticed that we were directed to the opposite side of where the other customers were seated. I then looked around to see that our server was telling people about the soup of the day and what was on special. She did not inform us once about anything after I told her it was the first time we had been here. We did happen to be the only African Americans sitting by ourselves and were not pleased so we left after we were being mistreated
Server was somewhat polite. Yet she was a bit confused on how to take our order. She would take one persons order an leave an come back for the next. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. So clearly not busy. Yet we waited 45 mins on NO FOOD. She kept coming back to the table to check on us. We asked whats taking so long just for her to say ill check an walk to check on her other table. She would come back to check on us but never explained what was taking so long. For this type of restaurant i would expect much better.
The food was not to the satisfaction of the price. My boyfriend and I went out for a nice dinner and he ordered the New York Strip and it came out cold. Instead of cooking him a new steak they “warmed it back up” for him. It came out warm this time but had lost all its flavor and juiciness that was expected. Food was sub-par overall. Would not recommend to a friend. Server was wonderful though.
Full disclosure - only had the half priced martinis on Thursday night, but well worth the visit. Lots of creative options.
Incredible food and impeccable service!
Was great but it's gone...
Probably the best dinner I have had in years. The steak was amazing. It far overshadowed the mashed potatoes, but they were great as well. First class dining.
Great food, great service, fantastic atmosphere. Will be eating here again soon.
Great food. Excellent service & ambience. Come for a fine dining experience. The food alone is not nearly worth the price.
Great Service, Soothing Ambiance, Delicious Drinks!!!We went to this place last week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was essentially empty except for this one couple sitting on the booth adjoining ours. The server was very friendly and prompt on getting our orders. The restaurant ambiance was soothing but nothing extra ordinary. But that defiantly reflects on their price tags. We each ordered a drink and a dessert to keep our affair classic. We ordered White and Red Sangria, Irish Coffee and Chocolate Silk Pie. Both of the sangria were exceptionally good. Although, the same cannot be claimed for other two drinks which were very average. We chose to order Blackout cake( which was very rich in chocolate), Creme brulee (the top caramel layer was very thick which made this less desirable) and blackstone cheesecake ( which had a very good pecan crust but the cake over all was meh ) Although the options were good, they were definately not upto the standards they were priced.
Wait staff were great. Half the place was empty but it took over an hour to be served our food due to a huge party in a separate room. Menu is slightly pricey.
Food was ok... sometimes it is excellent
This was a very pleasant setting and very superier tasting food.
I called to set a reservation for the place for my family and friends for graduation and the Indian on the phone was helpful but extremely rude. He said to me "You're lucky that I had a cancellation to even consider you for reservation." He also wanted my credit card information, and with knowing that the gentleman was very rude, I do not think giving my credit card information over the phone would be safe. I will not ever be going here because he has no respect or customer appreciation for people trying to eat at the good restaurant. I do not recommend eating here until the respect and customer service improves. Horrible experience.
Food is always delicious, service is excellent and you must have a dessert.
Husband got a Blackstone burger that was burned on one side and very greasy. French fries were soggy and very greasy. I got the butternut squash ravioli. Nice portion but very greasy. Service staff were friendly but not attentive and the grill was not busy. (Only two tables).
Very nice restaurant. Excellent food and service!
The food was terrible, very bland and non season food. Over priced.
Food was good but not great. Considering the price I was dissapointed. There are places with better food at lower prices in the area with a comparable atmosphere. The service was great.
Great menu and very well prepared. Good portions and excellent flavor.
Great restaurant. Amazing food - loved the salmon and the creme brulee! Staff is professional. Good ambience/wine selection.
The service and quality of food rivals any city in the country. You are greeted at the door, warm bread arrives very shortly. Their beverage menu is outstanding and the wines are superb. Their menu changes seasonally and many items are locally sourced. What a gem in this community!
Prime Rib was not good at all. I think this Restaurant has potential. This was my first time. I'll give them another chance
Been here a few times, great food, but can be slow. Just go & relax & order appetizers because you won't be disappointed in the food.
My husband's food was good, however mine was horrible. The customer service was horrible. Our waiter forgot our appetizer and never brought my wine or a steak knife. When I asked to see the manager I was told there wasn't one there.
Service was poor, but the food was great!
It was very good. I recommend the seafood platter appetizer. Our steaks were cooked perfectly.
Decent food, but not worth the price. The service is slow.
Great food and service!
Our napkins were damp and musty and the room where we were seated was arctic cold. We dined with a large party (17) but despite having reservations and being asked to "pre order" meals, it took an hour and 40 minutes to get our entrees. The food tasted good but the portions varied widely from the 6-bite duck breast to the 2 pound brick of pork chop. The experience was not worth the price tag.
